The warranty period of the wells drilled by the WaterWellforAfrica platform is 2 years, the wells operate for up to 15 years . If the wells are maintained and repaired during this period , the life of the wells is extended .
Items included in the warranty:
- well clogging
- manual pump failure
- pump chain and bearing failure
- galvanized pipe puncture
Items not covered by the warranty:
- stealing the wellhead
- demolition of wall section
- sign theft
- blue pipe layer shift.
